6:45pm: Meet at the Downing Porters Lodge and head to the pre-dinner sherry reception in the MCR. 7:30pm: 3-course dinner in the Hall Post-dinner: port will be served in the MCR, where a cash bar also operates. Wine: You may bring your own wine for dinner (NOTE: there is a £1 corkage fee) or you can buy wine from outside the hall before dinner starts.
Dress Code: formal and gowns are REQUIRED for guests from within the university.
